Terms of Service1. USED VIDEO AND AUDIO DISCS: all discs we sell are presorted to insure there is minimal wear or blemished on the discs. You may notice light marks on a disc purchased from us, but you won't receive one that severely damaged or abused
2. SHOPPING CART ITEM STATUS: Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after confirmation. This is similar to other online sites such as Amazon, so an item in you cart could be removed if another shopper pays before you "check out"
3. GOLD: gold purchases over $200 will require payment by check or cash with 10 days aloud for checks to clear
4. SHIPPING TIME: Our staff checks for orders several times a day. You should hear back from us in less than a day. Our goal is to ship next business day. If shipping cost doesn't seem correct to you, contact us and we will so we may review the shipping.
This site is not set up for automatic combined shipping. Contact us regarding combined shipping so we can to reduce your costs. Local customers may contact us to remove the shipping charges and arrange for pickup.
Shipping calculators aren't always 100% accurate on any eCommerce web site. Please contact us if you think the shipping quote is not correct. We want to charge as close the the actual shipping cost as possible
